PLUS, Identify And Dissolve Your Biggest Abundance Energy Block… If you get one thing out of this blog post, get that manifesting abundance does not have to be hard. In fact, it’s quite the opposite as you’ll soon discover.
Over the last 25 years, ever since I read “As a Man Thinketh” by James Allen, I have been a passionate student of the art, and some would say science, of Abundance.

Dom Perignon, the famous 17th century monk spent his time working in wine cellars in France.
He had a personal obsession with getting the annoying bubbles out of the wine bottles.
Why?
Because of a process called secondary fermentation.
You see, the wine was originally fermented in a barrel. Once transferred to the bottle it would start to ferment all over again.
Bubbles would be created. This formed a powerful energy bottleneck.

Here’s a great template for you to shift your mindset instantly when life is proving tricky.
Write on a piece of paper:
“When life serves me a bunch of lemons, I choose to make lemonade”
Then right underneath, insert your ACTUAL circumstance into the same structure.
“When life serves me (X-situation) I chose to (Y-action)”
It gives you an instant affirmation.
If you’re struggling with it, ask a third party to act as sounding board and help you.

“Some days are just bad days, that’s all. You have to experience sadness to know happiness, and I remind myself that not every day is going to be a good day, that’s just the way it is! "
Dita Von Teese
“First, accept sadness. Realize that without losing, winning isn’t so great.”
Alyssa Milano
And so…
What is it about the energy of sad songs and heartbreak songs that keep people’s attention?

A little bit of salt makes a meal magnificent. But too much too quickly spoils it. In one sitting, a tiny pinch of salt can be perfect. Even magnificent if you get everything right. Over a year though, you consume a small mountain of salt.
It would poison you in one sitting.
What if your destiny is the same? Somewhere in your subconscious, you know EXACTLY what’s in store for you.

An intriguing question…
Does a butterfly get to see it’s own wings?
Possibly, possibly not.
The truth is nobody’s ever asked her. So it’s anyone’s guess.
Clearly though, for the fortnight that she’s alive, her focus is on two things… Eating (sucking nectar through a straw) and mating.
Time is short. Stopping to look in the mirror is not on the agenda.
And even if it was, would it really make any difference?

Sometime we can feel a bit dull in the morning and we need to produce our own sunshine energy.
Other times we come downstairs feeling sunny already. Those are great days!
Whether you’re feeling a little blue, or you’re fired up ready to have the best day ever…
Either way, I think we can all do with a bit more spark to help us perform miracles and live in joy.

Imagine feeling bored with the conformity and materialism of daily life.
So rather than “trying” to do what you’re supposed to or what you feel is needed…
Instead you simply spend the day being yourself and “soaring”.
Just like Jonathan Livingston Seagull did in the book of the same name.
He did what the other seagulls in the story wouldn’t do. He enjoyed and celebrated the bliss of flying.

“Everything is perfect. Everything is fine.”
Is more a mantra than a statement of fact.
But we can treat these as facts should we choose to.
Nobody wants to be on a straight road.
It may feel easy for a short time (like taking a beach holiday) but soon straight roads become boring.
Eventually they become traps as Tom Hanks found in castaway, and Citizen Kane found in his big lonely house.
