Thanks to Jeannine for todays question!
I believe the answer is infinitely more valuable to you than a lottery win should you choose to run with it Here’s the question:
“How to let go of something when there is so much resistance and trying to be present just doesn’t cut it because there’s even resistance to that.”
Now, imagine you’re a famous up and coming music star. You have many adoring fans.

“What is the difference between positive thinking and just not thinking negatively?” (Thanks Jody for suggesting this topic!)
This is an ingenious question. Both scientifically and philosophical speaking.
I’m up working early as usual and I’m sitting next to my cat.
Is it a cat? Or is it not a dog?
Now I’ve suggested it’s not a dog - the concept of dog has invaded our energy space.

The human body can build up an extreme tolerance for poison.
For instance, when we first inhale one single puff of a cigarette we can turn green and feel as sick as the proverbial dog.
Yet a few weeks later, we can be smoking 20 cigarettes in a day and feeling as cool as James Dean.
Same thing in Victorian times apparently. People would regularly ingest enough poison (Laudanum was popular) to kill an army.

Good morning to your beautiful self from New Zealand (haven’t spotted any hobbits in my garden yet but Shhh, it’s early!)
By the way, I read some very interesting research on multi-tasking.
It turns out it doesn’t actually exist in a conscious sense.
In reality what we do when we believe we’re focusing on 2 things, is we flick our awareness between the two. So, each of the two things actually gets half our attention.

So I dropped my daughter off to camp yesterday morning.
And have since had a big piece of heart missing.
Anyone who knows me is aware that she is both my best pal and the sorcerers apprentice (twenty years from now she will definitely be writing you these messages)
It’s the first time she’s been away from home for 2 nights and uncontactable. (no mobile phone network etc)

Yesterday I received the following email from Mary. (She’s VERY happy for me to share it with you)
“Ed Lester i just wanted to thank you for saving my life. July 5 i wanted to end my life..but after reading and rereading taking notes on 57 laws of attraction. So my magnet changed and I am embracing life. With sincere thanks and love! Mary”
Dozens of emails like this come to me every day.

Event or change needs to unfold so that you can wake with clarity every morning?
What is the powerful shift that will allow you to love, support and believe in yourself without having to remember to do it? It just happens.
Self acceptance also just happens. As does the ability to create the right emotions at the right time.
What do you need to accept as true so that everything heals inside of you?

Imagine if a scientist discovered that our minds were in that part of us known as our heart (or soul, or spirit)
What would change?
People confuse the words brain and mind every day.
Can you really point to your mind and show it to us?
You’d certainly struggle to show us your subconscious mind. You couldn’t place your blocks and past traumas out on a dish in a laboratory could you?

The other day I was playing ping pong with Kirby (one of my secret assistants)
He usually beats me easily because he has the natural sporting gene.
BUT, on this occasion I won the game comfortably.
I felt quite surprised but assumed I’d finally become the great player I was destined to be.
Until…
Kirby (laughing) lifted up his bat and showed me, he’d been playing left handed.
He switched back to right handed and proceeded to thrash me once again.
