Positive breakthroughs are THIS close…

I had an interesting conversation with a lady called Diane yesterday. It was (for her) life changing. She told me she was needing a breakthrough, some kind of help. But it had to be easy because she is “lazy”. [Her word not mine] Anyway after some more conversation, I said something to her that led to a few tears. Tears of happiness and relief. I simply said to her:

A note on being true to yourself

Every day I F’up in one way or another. We all do if we’re honest. It makes us human. The times we embrace our blunders are the times we’re lucky enough to learn from them. Here’s something I learned a long time ago. My emails are family friendly. If I swear too much or too directly, people stop reading them. (Father Ted style cussing is fine) However, if I was Gordon Ramsay, the celebrity chef, I would be expected to swear profusely and in the old fashioned style.

Allowing ourselves to dream

“Meditation is not thinking about the image of a person of the past. It is more about focusing and channelizing the power of your emotions and imagination for fulfilling a bigger dream - the dream that will bring more life, energy peace, happiness and meaning to you and the society.” Amit Ray There are millions of amazing places in your mind. They have to exist in one form or another.

Identifying your personal power

An interesting quote… “I know it is something of a cliche to say that love makes all things possible, but I believe it does. It is not a magic wand that can be waved over life to make it all sweet and lovely and trouble free, but it can give the energy to fight the odds and win.” Mary Balogh It’s amazing how often the same old problems are caused by the same old problems.

Sticky Affirmations

Affirmations can be as pointless as snowflakes falling in the desert. Unless… You make them sticky. Meaning? Imagine an affirmation that felt as if it might just be coming true. Already! An affirmation that you sense you have deep ownership of. Like your own sense of true identity. The person you were when you were 3 years old. The same person today. An affirmation which is a true friend.

2 quotes about awakening

“Sometimes you’re not ready to give the world quite what it wants. And that’s okay, because the Earth is generously.” ― Jaree Francis but just as importantly… “When one realises one is asleep, at that moment one is already half-awake.” ― P.D. Ouspensky Another way of looking at it… It’s fine to be tired, even frustrated that you can’t have, do and be everything that you want to be in the world immediately.

Love as a shortcut to financial abundance

There are various ways we can send a request to the universe. Perhaps the most common two are: To ask for a specific thing (Ray…A lottery win…a trip to Mexico) To set a specific energetic goal and start to fall in love with that energy “I am going to vibrate with the energy of having total personal freedom” “I am going to feel the feelings of clarity, focus.

The 1 step or 2 step manifestation approach?

The other day my daughter asked me: “Daddy, can you buy a small piece of land” Me: “What for?” She: “Oh, nothing” Eventually she admitted it was to put a pony on. She just wasn’t ready to ask for part 2 yet. Which brings up an interesting quandary. Do we ask the universe for what we want in one go? Or do we build a series of steps into our process?

How to set goals in life when you don’t know what you want yet…

Image Sourced From: http://www.surprisingtreasures.com/ My own feeling is that you should set a goal to always be putting one foot in front of the other. Always be striving towards something desirable and just out of reach (yet reachable at some future point in time). However, if you’re struggling to really know what you want, if you can’t simply conjure a goal out of thin air, then how about a simple shortcut to goal setting?
