Because each and every one of us really does get to make our own rules.

If you want to be happy, simply choose to be happy. And declare it as a fact.

The road may be tricky at times. You’ll have bad days. We all do.

But the declaration and the signaling of intent is the key. It’s the opening music in the symphony of the life YOU are creating.

Happiness may not happen immediately but the journey itself begins in an instant.

It’s the difference between star trek’s “beam me up” technology versus hitchhiking across Europe.
