Joy should never come without a cost
A smile costs something.

In effort.

It takes 26 muscles effort to smile.

But then it takes 62 muscles effort to frown.

So either way, you’re going to make an effort.

And pay a cost.

If you pay with the energy of a “Smile” then the whole world does indeed smile back at you.

The person who doesn’t probably just needs a big hug.

Joy should never come without a cost. It should feel that you earned it by putting in the energy you want the universe to shine back at you.

In this sense, random acts of kindness and love are WAY more valuable than bitcoins.
