The course is a combination of video and audio presentations, some live and some pre-recorded. There will also be regular Zoom workshops for practice and “deep dives” into the teaching content.

This can either be done independently through utilizing the techniques with your existing clients, or by ‘buddying up’ with someone else on the course (we can arrange this for you).
In addition at the end of each module there is a short reflective exercise plus at the end of the whole course, a short statement of personal and professional philosophy.
