So I dropped my daughter off to camp yesterday morning.
And have since had a big piece of heart missing.
Anyone who knows me is aware that she is both my best pal and the sorcerers apprentice (twenty years from now she will definitely be writing you these messages)
It’s the first time she’s been away from home for 2 nights and uncontactable. (no mobile phone network etc)
When I fly off training for a week I phone Ruth and ask how the kids are doing. On this occasion I can’t do even that. So I am admittedly, rather sad and pining 🙁
Anyway point is, this makes my time today very valuable. That’s how I rationalize it anyway.
So I’m using the sadness of missing my mini-me to generate a 180 degrees opposite energy shift…
Joy. Excitement. Possibilities.
And I’m mixing that energy up in a paint pot and splashing it in color on this page so that you can do with it as you chose.
Turn it into a metaphor for something in your life which is or was hard?
And reverse that “hard” into something joyous?
Just like an air conditioning unit that uses the hot air to create cold air. Or in a cold climate does the opposite (cold into hot)
Use the painful and difficult things to actually create the opposite/ positive focus and propulsion which will make you do your best work. Will cause you to light up your own life and other peoples too.
The truth is that my search for personal development and abundance began when someone I cared for passed.
That was sad. But it got me focused on what really matters.
And here we are, years later.
You and me. Changing the world.
Let’s turn our backs on the bad stuff (plenty of that in the news) and focus on where we’re going next.
180 degrees shift to abundance…
